Minimum Applicant Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to provide or complete the following:

  • Valid state ID or driver's license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Current auto insurance, if transporting clients or driving to assignments
  • TB test within the last 12 months
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Physical exam within the last 12 months
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Motor vehicle record, when required
